How do I make use of this info?
Take some time every few weeks to go through the latest comments. Some of them might be written by crackpots, but some might indicate a trend. Once you've noticed a theme, try to honestly and objectively evaluate your business regarding this question. Are these concerns valid? What are the possible ways to address them?
Once you've identified a problem, you're more than half of the way towards finding a solution!
What about Spam?
If you get spam or really any comments that you want to ignore, you can simply flag them as trash. The comment is hidden and hopefully won't bug you.
Can people game the system?
We don't offer ratings - so there isn't anything to game. We help your customers to leave you feedback. If someone submits the same comment card 10 times, it should be obvious that it's the same person. We also show the IP address to help you identify if a series of comments were submitted by one computer.Can I choose a different comment card template?
Not at the moment. We'll be adding in more comment card formats soon. (If you want to design your own questionnaire, then you probably want a full-blown survey product such as: surveymonkey)
How much does it cost?
Nothing! Although we might pester heavy users to contribute to our tip jar in the future.
